Formulas Used:

1. Free-Space Wavelength (位₀):

\( \lambda_0 = \frac{c}{f} \)

where \( c \) is the speed of light (\( 3 \times 10^8 \) m/s) and \( f \) is the frequency in Hz.

2. Effective Permittivity (蔚eff):

\( \varepsilon_{eff} = \frac{\varepsilon_r + 1}{2} + \frac{\varepsilon_r - 1}{2} \times \left( \frac{1}{\sqrt{1 + 12 \frac{h}{W}}} \right) \)

where \( \varepsilon_r \) is the relative permittivity of the substrate, \( h \) is the substrate thickness, and \( W \) is the meander line width.

3. Guided Wavelength (位g):

\( \lambda_g = \frac{\lambda_0}{\sqrt{\varepsilon_{eff}}} \)

4. Meander Line Length (L_guided):

\( L_{guided} = \frac{\lambda_g}{2} \)

5. Segment Length (L_segment):

\( L_{segment} = \frac{L_{guided}}{N} \)

where \( N \) is the number of meander segments.
